Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Agreement

This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 1447 platform ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 1447 platform — including the website, mobile app, Sports Betting services, casino, table games and lottery — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our platform. Continued use following any amendment to the terms will be taken as acceptance of the revised terms.

This platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are resident in Malaysia. 1447 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be in breach of the minimum age requirement.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

To access the full suite of 1447 platform services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address and a valid phone number. Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. 1447 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately via our support email address. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is entirely your responsibility.

User Responsibilities

By using the 1447 platform, you agree not to:

  • Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information during registration or use of the platform;
  • Using the platform for any illegal, fraudulent or unlawful activity in violation of Malaysian law;
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the integrity or security of the platform;
  • Using automated software, bots or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the platform;
  • Using the platform for money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the 1447 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, as well as internet banking with major Malaysian banks. 1447 does not accept payments in foreign currencies unless made through methods specifically approved by management.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified depending on your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed via the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to applicable limits and conditions. 1447 reserves the right to request identity verification prior to processing withdrawals to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering policies.

Transaction Limits & Restrictions

Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as displayed in your account portal. These limits are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. Transactions suspected of fraud or illegal activity may be suspended or cancelled by 1447 without detailed explanation.

Liability Limits & Disclaimer

The 1447 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from technical errors, or that any information displayed will always be accurate and current.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, 1447 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, financial loss or business interruption.

Users are solely responsible for their decision to use the platform and to wager within their means. 1447 bears no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming decisions made by users.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

1447 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close a user's account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

  • Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
  • Suspected fraud, misuse, or illegal activity;
  • Multiple account ownership;
  • Providing false information during registration;
  • Requests from relevant authorities.

In cases where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, 1447 reserves the right to forfeit the existing account balance. For closures arising from other reasons, any legitimate balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the necessary review process.

Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Intellectual Property

All content on the 1447 platform — including text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software and other materials — is the exclusive property of 1447 or our licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, modify or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1447.

Third-Party Links

The 1447 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided purely for user convenience and do not constitute our endorsement of or support for the content, privacy policies or practices of those websites. 1447 is not responsible for the content or security of any third-party websites accessed through such links.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Amendments to Terms

1447 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via in-platform notifications or email to registered users. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the latest amendment. Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 1447 platform shall be resolved through arbitration or before a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, in accordance with applicable law.
